The Savage Mountain Summer Arts Academy - Wind Chamber Music Institute provides a creative and intense course of study open to high school music students (grades 9-12) who play flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, and bassoon. This one-week camp will consist of three chamber ensemble rehearsals per day. Additional daily offerings include Music Theory, History of Chamber Music, Music Appreciation, Basic Music Composition. Private instruction, Daily masterclasses. An end of camp concert where all students will perform The summer 2008 institute will be held July 6-12 in the Performing Arts Center on the Frostburg State University campus.
